Seeking Truth?

If you have come to this website to research spiritual questions, consider the most important question of all: Who or What is Truth?

Truth is not a thing or an idea or mental exercise. Truth is not temporal or regional or optional. Truth is a person. The person is Jesus Christ, God Incarnate.

He created you to know Him. No matter what you believe --No matter what you think --or determine --or purpose to do, He ALONE will determine your existence after this life. You will not cease to exist after you die. You will not be a reincarnated soul. At the moment of your death, Jesus Christ will examine the merits of your life. The results of that examination will determine your eternal life with God or your anguished suffering and separation from Him.

The One, True God of the universe delegated to His Only Son, Jesus, the judgment and sentence of all who have ever lived. He does not 'grade on the curve' and He will not allow you to 'repeat the course of life' to improve your standing. Are you ready now for what you will hear in eternity?

There are many risks, gambles, choices and decisions you can afford to ignore in this life. At the moment of death it will matter nothing where, when or how you were born; whether you grew up in wealth or poverty; whether you received an education or achieved a certain goal or married a certain person. It will not matter whether you made a name for yourself or whether you were ashamed of your name. These are all temporal circumstances. They in no way affect your eternal existence. There is only one thing that will matter as you move from life on this earth into eternal existence: Does the One True God know you? Has He recorded your name in the Lamb's Book of Life? Have you received His Son as your only entrance fee to eternity?

At this very moment you can forever seal your fate and rest in the certain knowledge that you have passed from spiritual death to eternal life. But you must be completely sincere and determined in your mind and heart that you believe you are separated from the Most High and Holy God by your sins. You must believe that the Most High and Holy God has provided the way to bridge that separation through allowing His Only Son to die in your place, to take the punishment instead of punishing you. You must ask to receive Jesus' gracious and loving substitute death in the place of your own. You must rely on nothing else to provide your righteous standing before Almighty God.

When you call upon the name of the Lord Jesus, whether audibly or silently in the quiet of your heart and mind, He hears you. He has been waiting for an eternity to hear that you acknowledge your need for Him and desire to live with Him forever.

If this is the moment prepared by the Holy Spirit for you to receive Truth, to receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you will know what to say and how to surrender your life to Him. Do it now. You will join me and many in eternity as a fellow blood bought child of the King. King Jesus wants nothing from you but your life. Surrender now and you will pass from death unto life.
