"...a threefold cord is
not quickly broken" Ecclesiastes 4:12b

Jesus commands us to testify of our faith in Him, giving evidence of our salvation. But if salvation is a spiritual fact, what is the purpose of water baptism? Does the Bible teach souls are regenerated by water baptism?

If baptismal regeneration is not taught in scripture, are all those who believe this error eternally lost? If one confessing Christ fails to be water baptized, is that one eternally lost?  What does John 3:5 mean, "Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God?"

This mini apologia answers these doctrinal questions and offers a range of other selected teachings in extensive endnotes.
